Chapter 96: 096 Slitting Wrist to End Her Life
After the girl took the medicine, she handed it to Lu Yan and forcefully suppressed her inner desire to take a photo with them. She said with an excited look on her face, “T-Teacher Lu, are you and Miss Shen together?”
Lu Yan looked at the nervous girl gently and replied with a smile, “I’m still pursuing her!”
The girl clutched her chest and said excitedly, “Wow, my favorite duo is actually real!”
“I’m still trying to pursue her,” Lu Yan explained with a smile, as he lowered his voice. “Shh, keep it down. She doesn’t like things to be high-profile. Can you keep this a secret for me?”
The girl nodded excitedly. She looked at Lu Yan and Shen Yan with stars in her eyes.
“Thank you.” Lu Yan took the medicine from her hand and left the hospital with Shen Yan in his arms.
Just then, Lu Yan had just walked to the entrance of the hospital with Shen Yan in his arms, when he ran into Fu Hang carrying a woman into the hospital anxiously.
Lu Yan swept his eyes at the woman in Fu Hang’s arms indifferently. If he was not mistaken, that woman was Lin Tao.
Fu Hang was stunned when he saw Lu Yan. He could tell at a glance that the woman in Lu Yan’s arms was Shen Yan.
When Shen Yan was asleep, she seemed as well-behaved as an angel. Fu Hang wanted to take a closer look, but Lu Yan had changed his angle and blocked his view using his body.
When Fu Hang looked at Lu Yan, he saw a look of disdain in Lu Yan’s eyes.
Fu Hang’s heart skipped a beat, and he lowered his eyes to hide the despondency in his eyes.
Lin Xing, who was following behind Fu Hang, naturally saw Shen Yan in Lu Yan’s arms. Her eyes twinkled, and she walked up to Lu Yan swiftly, pulling off Shen Yan’s mask and yelled, “Shen Yan, what did you say to my sister?”
In fact, many people in the hospital had long recognized Lu Yan and Shen Yan, but they did not want to disturb Lu Yan and Shen Yan and had been watching from afar.
Now, they saw someone yanking Shen Yan’s mask off directly, and they all looked over with curiosity.
Shen Yan was woken up by the noise, and she opened her eyes slightly. The sunlight fell on her face, as if it was gilded, making her look just like an elf from the forest.
Shen Yan’s eyelashes moved slightly. She then looked at Lin Xing, who was standing at the side, without turning her eyes away.
“Shen Yan, what on earth did you say to my sister? She tried to end her life!” Lin Xing roared at Shen Yan hysterically.
Shen Yan’s mind was still a little slow. When she realized that she was being carried by Lu Yan, she struggled to get down when she heard a familiar male voice.
“That’s enough, Lin Tao needs to get to the emergency room now!” Fu Hang glanced at Lin Xing coldly. As his gaze fell on Shen Yan’s face, a trace of pain flashed across his pitch-black eyes. He pursed his lips till it paled. Then, he stretched out his long legs and walked into the hospital.
Lin Xing raised her hand to give Shen Yan a slap but was evaded by Lu Yan who was holding Shen Yan. She wanted to lay her hands on Shen Yan again, but seeing that Fu Hang was getting further and further away, she cried and chased after him. However, she put down harsh words as she was leaving.
“Shen Yan, I will make you pay with your life if anything happens to my sister!”
Shen Yan swept her glance at Lin Xing indifferently. Her gaze fell on Lin Tao’s wrist, which was hanging down in Fu Hang’s arms. Her wrist was wrapped with a thick gauze, and the gauze was already stained red with blood
Lin Tao had slit her wrist to end her life?
Things would be getting interesting.
However, Shen Yan did not find this matter fascinating anymore after Lin Xing tried to dump the blame on her.
There were quite a few media surrounding Lu Yan and Shen Yan. Shen Yan looked at Lu Yan somewhat uncomfortably and muttered, “Put me down!”
Lu Yan did not expect so many reporters to be here. These reporters must have followed Fu Hang over.
He did not say much and bent to put Shen Yan down. As he was worried that Shen Yan might faint, he stretched out a hand to support her.. He then said in a voice that only they could hear, “No matter what they say, you don’t have to take it to heart.”
